Brand your stemware with style.


Decorated stemware is perfect for special events, wine tastings and promotions. Below you’ll find a helpful list of information about how the process works. Feel free to ask us if you have any questions about custom, screen printed stemware.

Artwork

Provide artwork in a vector format such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai) with the fonts outlined. This is necessary for achieving the best quality print. Design services are available as required. Please contact us for a quote.

Colors

Satin frost ink gives stemware an ‘etched look’ and is the most popular choice for decoration. However, any color can be selected from the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for your design. Please provide a PMS number with your order. 2 and 3 color prints are an option, though additional costs will be incurred. Please see your representative for a full quotation.

Production Samples

A printed sample can be ordered before the production run. Production samples are $65.

Minimum Orders

The minimum run order size is 144 pieces per each glass and art type. Minimum order fees will be charged for runs of less than 144 pieces.

Turnaround Time

Art proofs for your approval will be emailed within 72 hours of receiving your art in the correct format. Signed art proofs are due back two days before printing is scheduled to start. All orders are shipped or available for pick up the day after your print run is complete. Please see your representative for your scheduled printing day.

Special Requests

Special requests for custom packaging can be accommodated in some instances. Additional fees will apply. Please see your representative regarding your request.

Label Removal

If there are any adhesive labels attached to the surface of your stemware, they will need to be removed before printing. Additional fees will be applied.

Freight

All stemware is shipped on a pallet using an approved freight service. In the case of smaller volumes, stemware will be packed in shipping boxes and shipped via UPS. Goods are shipped at buyers risk. Will call pickups can be arranged a minimum of one day in advance.
